One Tool To Rule Them All
We know some of you customers you’ve stayed with us through quite a few tool changes through the years. We truly appreciate that because we’re always on the lookout for tools that will make your experience with Bunn Brands a better one. On that note, we have found “one tool to rule them all” in ClickUp.com. For us, this tool serves as a project management tool for us to manage all the different portions of each clients projects, professional workers, and the materials attached to those projects. For our clients, this tool will be a place for you to participate in your marketing experience with us. This will definitely speed up your website management and other projects.
Ok, But What Can It Do?
You will be able to submit tickets, follow the progress of those tickets, provide direct feedback on tickets, monitor the progression of other projects, & provide feedback on those projects directly to your dedicated team. All of our clients will benefit from a direct connection with their marketing team and a grand scale overview of everything Bunn Brands is doing, has done, or will be doing.

Onboard & Follow Projects
If you’re new to Bunn Brands and we’re working on a new project you will experience this from the ground up. Each new projects (i.e. website design, logo design, video creation, social media management, etc…) will get it’s own list of tasks, to-dos, documents, media files, and more. You can follow along as we push each part of your project through toward completion. You can login and view all your existing projects at ClickUp.com.
All of our client websites have a submission form added to yourdomain.com/support/ (be sure to actually use your own domain). If you don’t have a form attached please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can resolve the issue. This form will allow you to submit a ticket to us. Tickets are for updating anything we manage for you from the website to Social Media. These tickets will be submitted straight into your own ticket folder within ClickUp.
